These Website Terms explain the use of the MaxCredit Pte Ltd website, calculators, enquiry form and application service. Read them before submitting information and contact us if you need clarification.
1. Information and calculator estimates
Website content provides general information about our services. It is not personal financial advice or a binding offer to lend. Consider your financial circumstances and seek independent advice if needed.
Calculator results are illustrative estimates based on the values and assumptions shown. They are not a quotation, approval or final repayment schedule. Actual eligibility, loan amount, interest, fees and repayment terms depend on assessment, applicable law and your loan agreement.
2. Applications and loan agreements
An enquiry or application asks us to review your request. An acknowledgement, reference number or successful upload confirms receipt only. It does not guarantee approval, an amount, a rate, a response time or disbursement.
We may request additional information and verification. Online submission does not complete the loan process. Face-to-face verification at our approved place of business and the required documentation must be completed before a loan is granted.
Any loan is governed by its separate loan agreement and applicable Singapore law. We will explain the loan terms in a language you understand and provide the required contract documents. These Website Terms do not set loan charges or replace or amend that agreement.
3. Information you provide
Provide accurate, current and complete information and genuine documents you are entitled to submit. Tell us promptly if relevant details change. Do not impersonate another person, submit altered documents or upload material unrelated to your request.
Keep application references and access details private. Never provide passwords or one-time passwords through our forms. Contact us if you suspect someone has submitted information using your identity.
4. Drafts, uploads and availability
A saved browser draft is not a submitted application. Recovery depends on the same browser and device, available storage and the expiry period in our Privacy Policy. Keep your own copies of important documents.
If submission is interrupted, use the result-check or retry option shown, or contact us to confirm receipt. Clearing a draft or closing the page does not withdraw information already received. Contact us to withdraw an application.
The website may be unavailable during maintenance or technical problems. Contact our team if you cannot complete a form. Any screen expressly labelled as a test or demonstration does not submit a real loan application.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes personal information, document handling and saved drafts. Read it before providing data. These terms do not give blanket consent to unrelated marketing or remove your rights under data protection law.
6. Responsible use and content
Do not disrupt the website, bypass security, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious files or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or meet legal obligations.
Text, branding, images and software belong to MaxCredit or their respective rights holders. You may view the website and keep copies for personal use. Other reproduction or commercial use requires appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
