In-principal-approval does not constitute a guaranteed approval in your loan. MaxCredit reserves the right to lower the loan amount applied for or reject the loan at our sole discretion.

When you apply for a loan or using our online services you confirm that all the information you have given is true and complete.

Personal information you provide to us through online services / applying a loan services.

  1. You authorise us to do a relevant Credit Bureau Check or 3rd party check & provide necessary information to third parties who provide services to MaxCredit in connection with the provision of the services which you have sought from MaxCredit.
  2. We may be required from time to time to disclose your personal information to Governmental or judicial bodies or agencies or our regulators, but we will only do so under proper authority.

Overdue & outstanding loan

You authorise us if outstanding loan overdue & not settled with MaxCredit, MaxCredit have the right to engage a external debt collector to recover the money & others means to recover the money.

Continued failure to repay a loan will also mean credit reference agencies (CRAs) will record the outstanding debt. This information may be supplied to other organisations by CRAs and fraud protection agencies to perform similar checks and to trace your whereabouts and recover debts that you owe.

Records remain on file for seven years after they are closed, whether settled by you or defaulted.

Finally, your trust rating will be hit hard and you probably won’t be able to borrow again.

None of these things are worth risking, so if you have doubts about whether you’ll be able to comfortably repay a loan, please don’t apply in the first place.
